1. Eligibility
To open and maintain a BCJili account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. BCJili strictly prohibits access by anyone under this age.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of BCJili or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one BCJili account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any remaining balances being reviewed.
2.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. BCJili relies on this information to process payments and communicate with you — inaccurate details can delay withdrawals and cause account issues.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BCJili username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. BCJili will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that unauthorised access occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

2.3 KYC Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in account restrictions.

BCJili does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder. Similarly, withdrawals will only be paid to accounts in the name of the BCJili account holder. Any deposits received from a third-party account will be returned and the account flagged for review.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded to your BCJili account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 4.2 Bonus Expiry

BCJili members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
4.4 Abuse of Promotions

5. Betting Rules
All bets placed through BCJili are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. General rules that apply across all BCJili products include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. BCJili does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been submitted except in cases of system error or where BCJili has offered an explicit cancellation window.

7. Account Suspension and Termination
BCJili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

- Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Chargebacks filed against BCJili transactions without valid cause.
- A court order or regulatory directive requiring suspension.
- A member's own request for self-exclusion.
In cases of suspected fraud, BCJili may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. Where a suspension is determined to be unjustified following investigation, BCJili will restore full account access promptly. Members who wish to dispute a suspension should contact BCJili's support team with full details.
A member may voluntarily close their BCJili account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
